Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners:
- Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days
- Dhaka Suburbs: 2-3 business days
- Major Cities (Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal): 3-5 business days
- Other Areas: 5-7 business days
Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 60
- Dhaka Suburbs: BDT 100
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 120-150
- Remote Areas: BDT 150-200
Free Delivery: On orders above BDT 5,000 (Inside Dhaka) | BDT 10,000 (Outside Dhaka)

Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
- Orders after 2 PM are processed next business day
- Friday orders processed on Saturday
- Public holidays may cause delays
Tracking Your Order
- Login to your EpoKart account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click on order number to view tracking details
- Track via courier website using tracking number (SMS sent after dispatch)
Delivery Instructions
- Provide complete address with landmarks
- Keep phone reachable for delivery coordination
- Verify product before receiving (check seal, box condition)
- Sign delivery receipt after inspection
- For Cash on Delivery, keep exact amount ready
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails:
- Courier will attempt 2-3 times
- You'll receive SMS/call for redelivery schedule
- Unclaimed orders returned to warehouse after 7 days
- Return shipping fee may apply for redelivery
Damaged During Delivery
- DO NOT accept damaged packages
- Take photos/video of damage
- Report immediately to customer service
- We'll arrange replacement at no extra cost
