Warranty Coverage

EpoKart provides warranty coverage as per manufacturer's terms for all electronic and tech products sold on our platform.

  • Branded Products: Official manufacturer warranty (1-3 years depending on product)
  • Imported Products: Seller warranty or international warranty (if applicable)
  • Accessories: 6 months to 1 year warranty

Warranty Types

1. Official Brand Warranty

Available for products from authorized distributors in Bangladesh including:

  • Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, Realme (Mobile phones)
  • HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus (Laptops & Computers)
  • Sony, JBL, Beats, Bose (Audio products)
  • Coverage includes manufacturing defects and hardware failures

2. International Warranty

  • Valid globally for select brands
  • Service available at authorized service centers in Bangladesh
  • May require shipping abroad for specific repairs

3. Seller Warranty

  • Provided by EpoKart for unbranded or imported products
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Duration specified on product page

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact EpoKart customer service with order number and issue details
  2. Our team will verify warranty eligibility
  3. For brand warranty: We'll coordinate with authorized service center
  4. For seller warranty: Product will be collected and inspected
  5. Repair/replacement will be processed within 7-15 business days
  6. Product will be delivered back to you free of charge (Inside Dhaka)

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal use
  • Software issues (if covered by manufacturer)
  • Component failures due to manufacturing fault

What's NOT Covered

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken screens)
  • Water/liquid damage
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Wear and tear from normal usage
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Software corruption due to user error or virus
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Warranty Validation

To claim warranty, you must provide:

  • Original invoice/receipt from EpoKart
  • Warranty card (if provided with product)
  • Product in original condition with all accessories
  • Serial number/IMEI intact and unaltered

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If product is defective upon delivery:

  • Report within 3 days of delivery
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement
  • No questions asked policy for DOA products
  • Free pickup and delivery within Dhaka

Extended Warranty

Optional extended warranty available for select products:

  • Extends manufacturer warranty by 1-2 years
  • Covers same terms as original warranty
  • Can be purchased at checkout or within 30 days of purchase
  • Non-refundable after 7 days
