Return Eligibility

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product doesn't match description
  • Missing accessories or parts
  • Product arrived in opened/tampered condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software, games, or digital products
  • Personal care items (earphones, headphones - if seal broken)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products without original packaging and accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will verify eligibility
  4. Schedule free pickup (Inside Dhaka) or courier return
  5. Pack product securely with all accessories and invoice
  6. Quality check at warehouse (1-2 business days)
  7. Refund/replacement processed after approval

Return Conditions

Product must be:

  • In original condition with tags/seals intact
  • Unused and unwashed (for apparel)
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Serial number/IMEI matching with invoice

Return Shipping

  • Inside Dhaka: Free pickup arranged by EpoKart
  • Outside Dhaka: Customer bears return shipping for non-defective returns
  • Defective/Wrong Products: Free return shipping nationwide

Inspection & Approval

After receiving returned product:

  • Physical inspection within 1-2 business days
  • Verification of serial number and condition
  • Testing (for electronics)
  • Approval notification via SMS/email
  • Refund/replacement initiated

Refund or Replacement

After return approval, you can choose:

  • Replacement: Same product or equivalent value product (faster, 2-3 days)
  • Refund: Full amount refunded to original payment method (7-10 business days)
  • Store Credit: Instant credit to EpoKart wallet

Partial Returns

For combo or bundle purchases:

  • All items must be returned together
  • Partial returns not accepted for promotional bundles
  • Individual items can be returned if sold separately
