Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods in Bangladesh:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive your order
- Online Banking: All major Bangladesh banks via SSL Commerz
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- EMI (Easy Monthly Installment): Available on selected credit cards and digital wallets
EMI Facility
Eligibility
EMI is available on purchases above BDT 10,000. Supported cards:
- DBBL Credit Cards (3, 6, 9, 12 months)
- City Bank Credit Cards (3, 6, 9, 12 months)
- Standard Chartered Credit Cards (3, 6, 9, 12 months)
- BRAC Bank Credit Cards (3, 6, 9, 12 months)
- Eastern Bank Credit Cards (3, 6, 9, 12 months)
EMI Terms
- Interest rates vary by bank and tenure (typically 0% - 2.5% per month)
- Processing fees may apply as per bank policy
- EMI cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless specified
- Bank approval is required for EMI transactions
- First installment is charged immediately upon purchase
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available for orders up to BDT 50,000
- COD fee: BDT 50-150 depending on delivery location (Inside/Outside Dhaka)
- Payment must be made to the delivery person in cash or bKash/Nagad
- Please keep exact change ready for smooth delivery
- COD orders may require advance payment for high-value items
Mobile Financial Services (MFS)

- Transaction fee: 1.85% (borne by EpoKart)

Nagad

Refunds & Cancellations
For refund policy on payments, please refer to our Refund Policy. Generally:
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- COD orders: Refund via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer
- EMI: Refund process may take 15-20 business days as per bank policy
